The purpose of this Curriculum Resource Page is to provide educators with material that will cover the 1921 Race Riot/Massacre, Black Wall Street, and the people and places of the Historic Greenwood District.
This portal was envisioned in 2017 through the John Hope Franklin Center for Reconciliation’s curriculum development committee. Its content was updated in 2022 through a collaboration between two Tulsa Community College faculty members and Center. Any individual views or perspectives expressed do not necessarily reflect those of either institution. Educators may freely use the content on this site and adapt any resource to meet the needs of their students.
